Okay, so I think I’m ready to join the world of bloggers! I have to preface my blog with the disclaimer that I’m NOT a writer! I am passionate about using technology, especially Web2.0 tools, in meaningful ways to inspire students and improve tasks for teachers. I am indebted to the many people who’ve shared resources, tips, projects, and tweets, and have guided me on my educational-technological journey. I’m fortunate to have had the privilege of working with Steve Dembo and Tim Furman, two of the finest educators and friends that anyone can ask for. They have been my mentors and role models. I’ve gained so much knowledge from many other fine educators through my membership in ICE, ISTE, and Twitter. I’m ready to jump in and try to offer my own thoughts and ideas. I’d like to slow down the process of collecting resources and start experimenting with ways to use them in the primary grades. That will be the focus of my blog. I hope others will join in my venture to develop projects and resources that are based on “Web2.0 for the Wee Folks!”
